In Maryland, we have a closed primaries which means you cannot vote for Amy Brooks unless you are a registered Democrat. Change your party affiliation so you can vote in the Democratic Primary HERE" (Note: you will need your driver's license/state ID number and the last 4 digits of your SSN, but the process is very quick and easy to do online.) You can change your affiliation at any time, including after the primary, if you want to go back to being listed as an unaffiliated / independent voter for the general election.
